Send email to set up password - This feature is currently not enabled, see the tenant email configuration

Where in the world is this setting to enable?! This error is incredibly vague and does not indicate at all what I'm supposed to enable. I've already mapped the default Setup Password template to the Setup Password event under Tenant > Email but it still says the feature is disabled.
Where can I enable this feature? The docs are not clear at all on this.

@nate Can you successfully Send test email from Tenants -> Select Edit from desired Tenant -> Email in the AdminUI? This will test if your SMTP settings are correct.
