FA as a SAML IdP - IdP-initiated URL?

Hello! Quick question: can you do iDP-initiated SAML logins with FA? I see that the service-provider initiated flow is default but wanted to know if there was a URL exposed that would allow the user to login without having to make a SAML request first. Thanks!
