      Hi,

      We have installed and configured fusionauth in our UAt environment, we are unable to send email via sendgrid

      its showing below error
      Version - 1.21.0

        Hi,

        Tried to configure zoho smtp as well,

        User name - entered XXX@zoho.com

        • clicked on change password and entered the actual password
          Selected tls option
          Shows below error
          Unable to send email via JavaMail535 Authentication Failed

        Shows below error

          Hi @developer , welcome to the FusionAuth community!

          Did you get this resolved?

          What version of FusionAuth are you running? Version 1.25 has extended SMTP debugging and would be worth upgrading to.

          The error messages you shared indicate that the authentication failed; were you able to send email using the same credentials outside of FusionAuth?
