We'd like a domain of login.example.com, for instance.

If you have an HA deployment (also known as an enterprise plan) you can open a support ticket. More about our various plans here: https://fusionauth.io/pricing

If you don't have an HA deployment we can't do a custom domain.

How do we do this? We have a Deployment with the High-Availability plan, Community Edition. I don't see any means to submit a support ticket. The HA plan says that it supports custom domain.

Can you view a support ticket submission request here? https://account.fusionauth.io/account/support/

(This link is from our technical support page: https://fusionauth.io/technical-support/ which, for future readers, is worth reviewing.)

If not, please reply to this post and we'll get it sorted out.

@dan I can view that link, but it just says "You may find all of the community resources available to you on our community page."

OK, thanks for trying that. Not sure what is going on, I'll look into it.

In the meantime I sent you an email regarding this change.

                Sorry about that!

For future readers, there was a new release of account.fusionauth.io this week and you should now be able to request a custom domain by opening a support ticket from https://account.fusionauth.io/account/support/ now.

It is now possible to provision custom domains on FusionAuth Cloud from the account management portal for Business Cloud and High-availability deployments.

The FusionAuth Cloud guide has instructions on provisioning custom domains.
