Are breached password detection and other paid edition features available to our non-prod instances as well?

Yes, you just need to activate Reactor using your license key.

Note, though, that the MAUs of your non-prod instances will be counted in determining the total monthly active users. Depending on the user counts, that could push you over a threshold and increase costs. We've talked about ways to mark servers as 'non-prod' but nothing has been implemented.

Actually, as of when I write this post, we have two license keys available for anyone with a paid edition. One is a prod license and the other is a non prod license. The latter is a good fit for testing, CI, etc.
