I'm having an issue with identity-provider/login, it all worked until recently, now i’m getting a 503 with the error - “A request to the search index has failed. This error is unexpected. Contact Support.” No other log entries.

Search is running. I can log in via normal password route, this error just happens with the identity-provider/login through google.

It’s replicable every time I try to login with google identity provider, it was working fine until recently. No changes to the system. I didn’t change config, i had to reboot my docker ec2 image (because another container caused a crash--not related), and restart all services, but that's all…no code changes for months.

Hmmm. Since you haven't made any changes and aren't seeing any other errors, can you try to reindex?

Navigate to system and then re-index in the administrative user interface?

        That should solve the issue.
